Michael is the CEO of Choice Aged Care and founder of the Wellness Partners Foundation, with a career dedicated to improving medication safety and clinical governance across aged care. He has led the national roll-out of pharmacist-led services, including the Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) model. Michael is a passionate advocate for aged care reform, health equity, pharmacist professional development and the integration of innovative technology solutions like MediBUDDY® to streamline medication management.
